Key Focus: Digital prototype
BlodDonors Denmark had the ambition to take a more digital approach to recruit new donors and help existing ones keep track of their appointments. This meant redesigning their user sign-up flow and creating videos to explain the benefits of a digital-first approach to donation.
The new app created a comprehensive overview for both donors and nurses. Not only could it keep track of previous appointments, book new ones, and find hospitals – but it could also send out emergency notifications when certain blood types were needed, creating a more effective system for vital blood donation.
