Craig spent the past decade building Crucible Digital, a London digital marketing agency he founded and grew to work with clients including Beresfords, Broxap, and Mortgage Brain. In February 2025, Crucible was acquired by Trailpoint, where Craig moved into a strategic director role before deciding to join Signifly.
His arrival builds on what's already in motion in London. Earlier this year, Signifly appointed Jonathan Goldmacher as Managing Director of the studio and relocated co-founder and Group CEO Michael Valentin to the city — moves the business has made a top priority as it positions London for its next phase of growth. Craig's hire adds founder-level experience to that push, at a moment when Signifly is doubling down on serving both early-stage founders and established brands out of the studio.
"Craig knows what it takes to build something from scratch, and how you have to constantly pivot and adapt as you grow to reach new heights. This is tremendous for our team and our clients, and I can't wait to get started on working together," says Michael Valentin, Group CEO of Signifly.
