When you think of buying a home, it’s more than likely you picture what most Canadians picture, mountains of paperwork and a long, tedious process filled with appointments to banks and notaries. But what if there was a better way? What if there was a one-stop shop for both buyers and sellers, that removed the need for practically all appointments and digitised the process from start to finish? Then enters OwnSpace. Wishing to create a platform that could disrupt a very traditional industry by offering customers a new fresh product offering, transparent features and ease concerns of first-time users. The result was a new website tailored to offer customers not only an effective product offering section but a clear overview of the many features that are available to both potential buyers and developers
