Senior Strategist (UX)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Strategist (UX)

We are looking for a Senior Strategist (UX)

Hi there,

We’re looking for a Senior Strategist to help shape the digital experiences of tomorrow. You’ll work closely with world-class designers, creatives, developers, and consultants to turn insights into strategy and strategy into action.
Danish proficiency is a plus (but not a must) for this role.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Research & Insights: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (e.g., interviews, usability testing, surveys, behavioral data analysis)

  • Workshop Facilitation & Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead workshops to define problems, explore solutions, and align stakeholders on user needs and business objectives.

  • User Experience & Customer Journeys: Map user journeys, develop personas, create wireframes, and structure digital ecosystems.

  • Information Architecture & Interaction Design: Develop sitemaps, workflows, and wireframes to optimize digital experiences.

  • Linking UX/CX to brand and business: Align UX/CX strategy with business objectives and brand strategy to ensure holistic experiences.

  • Collaboration & Implementation: Work closely with designers, developers, project managers, and creatives to ensure seamless execution.

  • Client & Project Leadership: Manage multiple UX projects, present insights and recommendations, and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Adept copywriting skills in both Danish and English are a plus, especially for UX microcopy and strategic messaging.

We don’t expect you to tick every single box, but the more, the better - and we value potential just as much as experience

What we expect from you

  • A strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and research methodologies (they used to call it Design Thinking).

  • A track record in crafting seamless and engaging digital experiences.

  • The ability to combine research with structured problem-solving and turn insights into clear recommendations.

  • A collaborative mindset—you work well across teams and communicate effectively.

  • A genuine interest in digital culture, technology, and human behavior.

  • Leadership skills—you naturally guide projects, support junior colleagues, and help grow the UX function at Signifly.

Your background

  • 3+ years of experience in UX strategy, research, or digital experience design (agency, consultancy, or client-side).

  • A relevant academic background—or an equivalent track record proving your skills.

What you can expect from us

We offer an ambitious yet down-to-earth work environment with a focus on learning, collaboration, and personal growth.

Plus, a few perks:

  • Annual paid team trip (Italy, Portugal, and Copenhagen in past years).

  • Fresh catered lunch (mostly organic, vegetarian options available).

  • Unlimited snacks & drinks (including Friday wine & beers).

  • Beautiful office at Vesterbro Torv.

  • High-quality equipment—you choose what you prefer.

  • In-office massage service.

  • Paid inspiration trips (events, meetups, conferences).

  • Company-paid pension and health insurance.

  • Competitive salary based on qualifications and performance.

  • Merit-based career progression—your impact matters more than seniority.

  • Work-exchange opportunities in Montreal, Toronto, or London.

And if something’s missing? Let us know.
