As the new Senior Strategist, your primary role will be to support your team and leverage your experience and expertise to develop and execute strategic plans and processes that align with our company's goals and objectives. What we expect from you:

• You are a great communicator who possesses a genuine passion for the digital world - shaping businesses, brands and digital experiences through brand story-telling and go-to market strategies.

• You know how to read a room, and understand client expectations, problems and goals.

• You are a proper pencil-chewer (a damn good writer).

• You can formulate and structure business, brand and digital strategies on your own..

• You can identify strategic and customer-experience opportunities based on qualitative and quantitative data.

• You know how to oscillate between big dreams for the future (branding) and business objectives.

• You thrive in an environment of constant change - as we constantly shape new ways of working together.

• You have a real desire to build a new group of work-friends with strong social bonds and participate actively in our community.

• You have agency experience and consulting experience (understanding the agency landscape, and knowing how to sell solutions and work to clients)

• You have fluency in written and spoken English & French.
