Hi there,

We’re looking for a Senior Strategist (Brand, Comms) to help shape and strengthen the brands of tomorrow. You’ll work closely with world-class designers, creatives, developers, and consultants to turn insights into strategy and strategy into action.

Danish proficiency is a plus (but not a must) for this role.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Research & Insights: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (e.g., stakeholder interviews, workshops, market research, trend analysis, and data interpretation).

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop brand platforms, incl. core narratives, positioning, and messaging frameworks that drive brand-led business.

  • Communication & Content Strategy: Craft brand-led communication strategies, key messaging, and storytelling approaches.

  • Business Strategy & Implementation: Bridge branding and communication to business objectives and roadmaps.

  • Collaboration & Execution: Work closely with designers, creatives, and strategists to ensure brand vision is executed effectively.

  • Client & Project Leadership: Manage multiple brand and communication projects, maintain strong client relationships, and present insights and recommendations.

  • Adept copywriting skills in both Danish and English are key - you know how to craft compelling narratives and articulate strategic thinking clearly.

We don’t expect you to tick every single box, but the more, the better - and we value potential just as much as experience.

What we expect from you

  • A strong understanding of brand-building, communication strategy, and storytelling.

  • A track record in crafting compelling narratives and brand platforms.

  • The ability to combine creative exploration with analytical and structured thinking, and to translate your findings into crisp recommendations and strategic guidance for clients.

  • Leadership skills—you naturally guide projects, support junior colleagues, and help grow the brand and comms function at Signifly.

  • A collaborative mindset—you work well across teams and communicate effectively.

  • A genuine interest in digital culture, technology, and human behavior.

Your background

  • 3+ years of experience in brand strategy, communications, or marketing (agency, consultancy, or client-side).

  • A relevant academic background - or a strong track record proving your skills.
