As our new Senior Consultant, you will be joining our team of consultants, focusing on building and maintaining new relations, and shaping digital strategies together with our clients and other expert teams. The consultants team has a strong commercial focus, and is responsible for ensuring that all the work done with clients is good business for both the client and Signifly; in terms of both value created, money paid, overall satisfaction and long-term strategic impact.

Your most important role will be to drive new successful and loyal client relations. To build and maintain authentic business partnerships and proactively participate in creating long-term digital strategies for our clients and help foster the growth of their businesses - especially for those clients that you bring to the table. Further, you will have the chance to join some of our marketing, events and networking activities to grow your existing network further and nurture specific leads to form relationships from the early onset.

Internally in the Signifly team you will also have an important responsibility in planning, communicating and following up on the work that is agreed with the clients you’re responsible for. You will have a key role in ensuring motivation and guidance for the people involved in solving the relevant tasks, and you should always make yourself available to ensure alignment on commercial agreements and strategy, as well as help to resolve any disputes to ensure long-term partnerships and high customer satisfaction.

Lastly, you thrive having a team of specialists around you, and you enjoy involving these specialists when tasks need to be solved. You also deeply care about understanding your clients’ business and you have a genuine interest in making them successful. And you always go the extra mile and build strong bonds that go beyond the professional relation ensuring that your clients feel appreciated, recognized and understood..

  • You have a deep understanding of how different businesses operate and you can get creative and use that knowledge to suggest novel, strategic improvements.

  • You strategically advise your clients about their needs and opportunities - especially those that they haven’t thought of yet.

  • Building creative solutions is not a one-person show. You will work closely with your colleagues to get the right solutions for our clients. Teamwork makes the dream work <3

  • You confidently negotiate terms and prices with clients, ensuring maximum value creation for both parties.

  • You have excellent communication skills in English, spoken as well as written.

  • You are passionate about technology, design and digital innovation.

  • You like to smile and know how to make others feel good :)
