We are looking for a Motion Designer to join the design team. Our design division is made of makers and storytellers who use design to bring ideas to life.

We are looking for a Motion Designer. You will be responsible for working hand in hand with the rest of the design team, aiding with the creation of assets, then bringing them to life and delivering high-quality and innovative motion graphics, photography, and video content that seamlessly integrates with our client’s brand universes. This is a role for an independent creative individual with excellent aesthetic judgment and willingness to collaborate within a team environment.

What will you be doing?

• Activate brands through motion design, content production and photography.

• Navigate production phases — pre-production to post-production and publishing.

• Create the creative concept, assist in the creation and refinement of video/motion scripts, and direct and edit the final product.

• Ensuring that the production quality of the final product is top-notch.

• Creating and delivering motion graphics for various media

• Working with art and creative teams to select audio, video, colours, animation, etc., for graphic design

• Editing video footage and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics

• Scheduling all tasks within the production process.

What we require from you

• You have a minimum of 4 years of experience and a strong portfolio of sample projects - Freelance work is a BIG plus!

• You have a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Media or a related field

• Creative vision: understanding the big picture.

• Cultural player: a positive individual whose willingness to collaborate with the whole team.

• Intrapreneurial: initiative and proactivity is key in our structure.

• You possess strong knowledge of Adobe Suite (After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro), Figma or similar tools that bring your ideas to life!

• Only candidates with portfolios, or examples of their work, will be considered.

• Fluent in English (+French is a plus)

• Candidates who have experience working on Saas companies are a plus
