Growth Expert - Performance Marketing Position

We are looking for an experienced and motivated growth marketing consultant, whose focus will be to identify and execute digital marketing strategies that will drive positive ROI for our clients.


As a team, we have produced double-digit yearly growth and received numerous awards over the past years. However, we still have plenty of new goals and ambitions in spreading our entrepreneurial mindset and approach to start-ups and corporates alike. One central strategy for Signifly is to strengthen our team's growth marketing competencies and offerings with an experienced and motivated growth marketing consultant, whose focus will be to identify and execute digital marketing strategies that will drive positive ROI for our clients. We are looking for our next ambitious, highly skilled, and entrepreneurially-minded growth marketing professional to join our team. We expect you to identify the needs of the individual clients and turn these needs into a specific plan of action - typically by building, testing and improving a marketing funnel strategy within SEM, Social Media advertising, display, E-mail marketing flows and CRO. You will be working closely with our internal resources to grow clients' businesses. Using your insights and guidance, we will build products, campaigns, and other marketing activities, to drive revenue for our clients.

We have excellent creative, design, development and production capacity in-house for larger campaigns, but we also expect you to be a do-er, who can execute smaller initiatives or prototype bigger ones both on your own and in collaboration with the wider team.

Key responsibilities

You’re a thinker and doer! - Together with our strategy, design and development teams, you will understand our clients' needs and recommend strong digital marketing strategies to match. Also, you will take part in turning these strategies into tangible results by running, monitoring and optimising the marketing initiatives and funnel strategy. Additionally, you will be working closely with our UX/UI specialists to analyse our client’s current website and suggest design changes to improve conversion, CRO and sales.
The main responsibilities of this role are:

  • Drive positive ROI for our clients by building, planning, and executing on client growth initiatives and campaigns

  • Build innovative and exciting digital marketing strategies for our clients and advice them thereof.

  • Create client proposals and presentations.

  • Participate in sales meetings and showcase your knowledge.

  • Collaborate with internal (design, development) and external teams on projects to drive growth and efficiency.

  • Leverage a constant test-and-learn approach to drive client ROI and conversion rates.


To be considered for this position, we require you to have:

  • Strong experience as a Growth Marketer, Demand Generation Marketer, Digital Marketing Consultant or Marketing Manager.

  • Previous experience in agencies is a big plus.

  • Extensive first-hand experience with PPC marketing, email marketing and conversion rate optimization, SEM or SEO.

  • It's great that you have your area of expertise - but you understand the entire digital marketing funnel and initiatives to improve TOFU, MOFU and BOFU.

  • A never-ending desire to optimize flow/targeting/audience strategies.

  • Full of ambition, intellectual curiosity and an appetite for entrepreneurial projects.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (English).

  • Bilingual French/English is a plus but not a deal-breaker.
