We are now looking for a dedicated Innovation Lead to join our Innovation Lead team in Copenhagen. You will be an important point of contact for our clients and with a strategic mindset, your great communication skills and structure, you will guide them through our project cycle from start to finish. You will be managing cross-geographical project teams with specialists from our offices in both Copenhagen, London and Montreal, and you will be playing an important role in establishing scalable projects to succeed with projects locally and internationally. 

Our aim is to elevate our client's businesses by challenging their status quo; brand identity, online presence, and business models to propose new digital products and innovative procedures that prepare their business for the future. 

You must find strategies, solutions and processes that strengthen our service offerings, creates excellent client experiences, and aligns with our agency profile as being an honest, engaged and innovative digital partner.

What we expect of you

To be considered for this position we assume that you:

• Are passionate about creating strong customer relationships and excellent project processes.

• Have experience in a role as a project lead managing multi-disciplinary project teams.

• Are a true motivator who is able to excite all stakeholders to contribute towards a common goal.

• Have experience within strategic business consulting, creative agencies or web agencies.

• Have a solid understanding and interest in branding, digital and web technology.

• Are structured with an eye for details - committed to manage objectives, budget and timeline.

• Have a brand-strategic understanding and commercial mindset to identify digital business potentials.

• Have excellent English and one Scandinavian language skills (written and oral)

• Have a relevant educational background within marketing, communications, business or strategy (or similar experience)

• Are eager to work with a highly ambitious team and continue to develop your own skills and knowledge
